Quiet beautiful stay

The house is beautiful and very comfortable with a great location. They view from either balcony is great and nice for a morning coffee or evening drink. The house was very clean and well kept. The elevator was worth the price for getting to the 2nd and 3rd floor. The only issue we had was the satellite was out and non functional during the stay. If traveling with kids bring a Roku or Firestick......Or force them to enjoy the outdoors. Would stay again and recommend highly.

My family absolutely loved this rental. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure for showers was awesome! The elevator definitely came in handy when unloading/loading our vehicles. Our only complaints would be the A/C could not be lower than 72, problems with the satellite and WiFi throughout our weeklong stay (even after maintenance came out), and the sand dunes blocked the view of the beach from the porch on main level of the home. It was still a great rental and we would definitely recommend it!

WIFI can be intermittent in the coastal community and that is why we always recommend a back up source if it is essential for work or school. The home was nicely decorated and very clean. Everyone had plenty of space for privacy and for gathering. The decks were nice, but we had to do maintenance on many of the deck screws protruding. We had several mishaps with people tripping on them. Although the description boasts of an elevator, it was deadbolted and not available for our use. Thankfully, we had plenty of hands to help with bags. Overall, this is a nice home for a small crowd.

The rental was very spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The view from the third floor was great. The elevator was a lifesaver for me. I could not have done the trip without it! Would have been nice to have grab bars in main shower. The kitchen needed a deep cleaning. The stove and dishwasher need to be replaced. One couch was broken and I could not sit on it because it made my back hurt! The property manager was very professional and attentive. She handled any issues I had very promptly and friendly. We enjoyed having access to the swimming pool in the evenings. This was a “Girls Trip” which included me, 3 daughters and 4 granddaughters and overall we had a really good time. The area was quite, peaceful, and relaxing ( which is just what we were looking for). Thanks for sharing Turtle Dunes with us!

The house was lovely, lots of space and room for our family and extended family. The elevator was what we needed for my father, who has mobility issues. There were some features that did not work properly: one of the stove eyes did not work and the wifi was awful! But, the property was fine and the location was perfect!

As you discovered, internet service is our coastal community is not the most reliable. Upgraded fiber service is slowly being added to some communities so hopefully that will change in the near future. My husbands entire family spent 5 nights during Thanksgiving at the Turtle Dunes. His 80th birthday was was the day after Thanksgiving. Everyone had a wonderful time and we’re pleased that we came to Fort Morgan to celebrate. The view and beach were incredible. Most everything was great. My husband is ina motorized wheelchair. It was very tight getting him in the elevator, but we were able to manage it. There are two areas that we felt could be easily improved: 1) add some grab bars in the shower in the master bath, and near the commode; and 2) update the kitchen amenities, such as add some measuring cups and spoons and other utensils, and update the cookware. We did a lot of cooking this trip and it would be nice to have had these things. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and loved the area!

Awesome, Fabulous, Exceptional - these are some of the words used by our group of 9 ladies who thoroughly enjoyed this house, its layout, its view, and its cleanliness and handy kitchenware. Had a great time had no issues with rental but the decks and stairs need work . Railing was a little loose and decks showing it age

Turtle Dunes is a nice home, right on the beach that was perfect for our large family vacation! We had fourteen in our group and we had plenty of room. And the access to the beach was great!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Turtle Dunes. The property was clean and well maintained. Directions for using electronics and elevator were very clear and kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The Wifi password was the only hitch, but Thomas was very quick to pass along a working one. The only downside was no recycle, though I realize that may not be available in your area:(
