If you like to be ON the beach without dealing with long walks, elevators or several flights of stairs, Surfside is for you! These owners have defined luxury beach living in this spectacular custom 2018 built home. High end finishes including quartz counter-tops, stainless appliances and wood plank floors cause this home to stand out among the rest. Surfside features outdoor living at its finest. High end Polywood deck furniture ensures comfort and durability and the wrap around deck allows for sunbathing or enjoying the Gulf Breeze in the shade. The house is dog friendly and so is the beach! Guests are loving the second fridge in the laundry room. Pro Tip: Because the beaches are less crowded, plan to paddle board, surf fish and skim board right outside the house.
The Space
Inside, you’ll be delighted by the bright, open and airy space, the perfect place to relax after a day of fun and adventure. Loads of comfortable seating, a large dining table and breakfast bar stools provide a place for everyone, even in the largest groups.
There is a King bedroom with a private bath located on the first level. Five additional bedrooms are on the second level, two with private baths and three share a hall bath.

Surfside and Fort Morgan
Surfside is located in the quaint beachside neighborhood of Surfside. The quiet treelined streets are ideal for walking, jogging or biking and you'll really appreciate the lighter crowds on the dog friendly beaches.
Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.
Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.

We loved Surfside! Such a beautiful place with everything you need for a crowd! So close to the beach and comfortable! Management was so easy to work with and responded right away! If you are looking for a place that accommodates a crowd and has beautiful views along with being comfortable this is your place! (If i had any negatives it would be that it needs better sheets and it did not have any dish towels, but i can always bring my own next time as this place was amazing!)

Loved staying at Surfside! We had 3 families and had plenty of room! Kitchen was very well appointed and had more than everything we needed! Balcony was a great size for all of us to enjoy.2 refrigerators were nice to have. And the beach is right there-nice boardwalk and very close to the house. Also, the management company was very attentive, which was a plus as we had an issue with the air conditioning. Dee Dee had someone come out within a few hours. Only recommendation would be a better grill. We will be back next year!

Surfside is the most beautiful home we have ever stayed at while visiting the Gulf Shores. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with our family here and loved it so much,that we would love to stay here again!
The home was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room for us all to have our own space. The location and beach access were sensational!
The Beach was “WOW”! It was so easy to access from the boardwalk, the kids loved the sand bar directly out from the house, the water was inviting, and we were able to swim every day multiple times.
We also spotted plenty of sea-life directly from the beach. We saw dolphins’ multiple times and even a few sharks, certainly from a distance the guys threw fishing lines out morning and night and many species of sea-life decided to visit us including, whiting, redfish, crabs, jelly fish and even had a sting ray on their line. Our 9-year-old caught the biggest fish! We also saw a shrimping boat right out from the deck, absolutely the coolest thing ever!
I have to say each sunrise and sunset were spectacular and then the stars at night...breathtaking!!! I could go on and on!!!
Lastly, let me say when we visit the Gulf Shores again, we will make more new memories here at Surfside!

Great location, plenty of space, right on the beach! Our family and friends had a great time!
To make this house even better we would love to see an ice maker possibly in the laundry room. And with a place that holds this many people, a second refrigerator would have been a game-changer since we prepared most of our meals at the house! We also had a critter problem that I had to contact the property manager about.
I would have given all 5's if we didn't have the critter problem and we had more fridge space or an ice maker.

This beach house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. It was just as described but better because it's so close to the beach. We had no majors issues and the property manager checked on us to make sure everything was good. She was very sweet. I would recommend this house to anyone wants to have a peaceful beach experience.

This was the Perfect house for my kids and grandkids. There were 20 of us total and we all slept comfortably and each family had their own bathroom as well. Sitting on the balcony and being able to watch my grandkids play in the sand and water was priceless for me. So convenient to be just steps to the beach from the house. Im hoping we can stay there again next summer.

We had a good, relaxing vacation for a family of 5. Surfside is a great property, with plenty of room for much larger parties.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful beach home. The views from the large decks were breathtaking and just steps to the beach!! It has everything you need for a great vacation and the house was immaculate. We couldn’t ask for nicer or more helpful people at coastal view vacations. We really didn’t want to leave!! It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The Home was exactly as described. More than enough room for 9 people. everything was clean except for the refrigerator on the ground floor, it smelt like rotten fish, so we did not use it.
