This beautiful, oceanfront condo features amazing views inside and out. It is updated, modern and comfortable and has been fully remodeled with new paint, flooring, appliances and furnishings. Lighthouse 1611 is located on the 16th floor and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a twin bunk room and sofa sleeper comfortably sleeping 8. Pro-Tip: Plan to take full advantage of the resort-like amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and workout room.
This vacation condo is furnished with your comfort in mind. In addition to amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and snow-white beaches, the living room offers a queen sleep sofa, 2 new chairs and a swivel barrel chair for lots of comfortable seating. You'll also find a 50" Roku TV/DVD. The primary suite features a King bed, a 50" Roku TV, a Jacuzzi tub and separate, walk-in shower. The second King room has a 43" Roku TV. There is a conveniently located washer and dryer as well as a highchair and pack 'n play for the little ones.
The dining area features table with 4 chairs and bar seating for 3. The kitchen has all you'll need for those nights when you choose to dine in. You'll find a built-in microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator w/ice maker and is fully equipped with small appliances such as, slow cooker, electric skillet, electric can opener, mixer and blender. The kitchen has ample counter space and lots of cookware, kitchenware including many items not normally found in condo rentals including but not limited to: Air fryer, popcorn popper, waffle maker, chopper and Keurig Duo.
The primary bedroom overlooks the Gulf w/balcony access and features a King bed, dresser and 2 nightstands, a flat screen TV and blackout drapes. The primary bath has a large double sink vanity, separate dressing area with large walk-in closet, jetted tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom features a King bed, nightstand, dresser, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The guest bedroom has a door joining the guest bathroom which offers a shower/tub combination. This bath also has entry from the hallway. There is also a set of built in twin bunks in an alcove along with a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The Gulf facing balcony with access from either the living room or the master bedroom has plenty of seating for you to enjoy a morning sunrise or an evening sunset. So, dine indoors or outdoors, enjoy the beautiful views with your morning coffee or your evening cocktail. Either way you’ll overlook the beautiful Gulf or our white sand beaches as well as the 2 pools, one zero entry with water shoots at one end, our regular pool and there’s more....2 hot tubs on either end of the pools, a heated indoor pool adjoining the great Indoor exercise area, sauna room and so much more.
Lighthouse is one of the most desired condo destinations in the Gulf Shores area. Guests enjoy features as easy access to the beach, pools or the hot tubs. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. A BBQ area is on the east & west end of the complex available for our guests. There are also bathrooms available by the pools, drink/snack machines. The entry to the complex is covered and offers 1st and 2nd floor covered parking with the 3rd floor parking not covered.
On site parking passes are purchased at the 2nd floor office, payable by credit card only, 2 passes per unit.
When you arrive at the condo complex purchase your parking passes.
Keep your parking passes visible in your windshield through out your entire stay.
Please make other arrangements for additional vehicles.
No RV's, trailers, or boats are allowed in the condo parking lot.
You must take all hitches off vehicles while in the condo parking lot.

If you really want a condo that has what it says it does this is the one. We didn't have to go get one thing on our stay here even has small appliance pantry. Had games and puzzles to entertain in the evening and the rain shower. Really best stocked condo.

This condo had everything you forgot to pack. I’m an over prepped and I brought things that I didn’t need. They had a ton of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and beach towels. The view from the balcony was amazing. They even left us extra wrist bands so we didn’t have to wear ours all the time. Everything was in pristine condition. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I had an issue with which is not the host fault, the third bedroom is very small. It is ok for little kiddos but will not fit an almost grown teen. We did have two staying but one of the boys decided to stay home and lucky he did. They would’ve been cramped.

The condo was great. It was just as it was explained. We had everything that we needed and then more. There were beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs for us to use. It was immaculately cleaned. We had more than enough room for 7 of us. Will look for this place next year when we come to Gulf Shores.

This condo is truly like a tropical paradise in Gulf Shores! I completely fell in love with the bright, vibrant colors in every room, followed by the fantastic ocean view off the balcony. My friend and I both agree this kitchen was absolutely the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO'S we have stayed in. The kitchen has ample counter space and a fantastic pantry for all your storage needs. Did I mention the view while doing dishes? I traveled with a girlfriend, my 10 year old son and his 9 year old friend. The bunk bed room was fondly called the kid cave and their little piece of heaven in the condo to escape the grownups! The ONLY complaint was our trip was too short! I truly left our tropical get away a very well rested Mama!

We had 4 adults and 2 college age kids. The 3rd bedroom didn't work for the kids, 1 stayed on the pull out sofa. The unit was spacious enough to make that work. It is located close enough to walk to numerous restaurants and shops. We had a great experience.

The condo was decked out with anything and everything imaginable that you need for an enjoyable vacation. The kitchen is well stocked as well as beach towels & beach chairs. The beds were very comfortable as well as the seating. The place practically sparkled. We had a wonderful time. I will say that the parking fee was a little steep but that was the properties doings on that.

The condo was decorated so pretty and beachy. We loved the view of the beach and ocean from the 16th floor balcony. We made sweet memories with our daughter and her family (Blessed to spend a week with three of our grandchildren).
Wonderful water view, easy walking distance to restaurants and condo was right on the beach.
