Kokomo is in a great location. It was perfect for our family at Thanksgiving . Love the layout of the home , the beach decor and the front , back/side and master balconies . Enjoyed the lounge chairs for reading and the swing . Most importantly loved being able to bring our furchildren.

This property was pretty dang perfect! Not only is the location AMAZING for the price (beach boardwalk and pool literally across the street), but there was tons of room to accommodate our family. The kitchen is pretty fully stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. They have a coffee pot and Keurig, small Crock Pot, and stock pot for boils (among many other things). As with most rentals, there is only a small starter supply of things like dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels... Make sure to bring your own. There are also no chairs, beach toys, or umbrellas for guest use, so keep that in mind. The neighborhood is so quaint and quiet. The pool can still be pretty noisy after dark, but we never heard anything past 10 pm. My ONLY complaint is that there are NO shades/blinds on the windows. My husband and I stayed in the King room on the 2nd floor and when the sun came up at 6:00, the room was flooded with light. There are curtains, but they're sheer. None of the bedrooms have blinds on them. It's such a bummer because I was so looking forward to sleeping in. Other than that, this place is awesome! Do yourself a favor and book it NOW!

The location cannot be beat for a non-beachfront house. We had a wonderful time - great views and each of the porches came in handy during different times of the day and evening. There is some wear & tear on the house (broken/loose steps at the back, loose doorknobs, etc.) but we felt the property was priced accordingly. The home is for sale and I hope the next owners spruce things up before we come back to stay here again (and we certainly plan to do so!).

Our family enjoyed a week at the Kokomo. Even though it rained part of every day, we were able to enjoy the beach and the pool and the house while it rained. Plenty of room for all of us. The furniture in the living room could (should be) updated but it was comfortable. And a new grill would be useful. The one there is not usable. Overall, we had a great week and I would consider this rental for a future vacation!

My family was looking for a warm beach getaway and we found it! Being able to bring our fur baby is what made this house perfect - the beach and area is dog friendly. Jen was great at responding to any need/question. Enjoying my morning coffee on the deck was a favorite. Beach is close as well as the pool. We'll be back!

We had so much fun. We felt very safe for our grandkids to play tennis, swim and walk the dog. The beach was one block and that gave the sand
Time to fall off and not get in the house.
The staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful when the fire alarm kept going off the first night. I called and they fixed the problem in 15 minutes! I highly recommend Kokomo rental.

The rental was the perfect place for us. It was super clean and had everything we needed and more. Just a very short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was dog friendly and that was our main reason for choosing Fort Morgan. We will most certainly be back.

I rented the house but, because of foot surgery, was not able to attend the planned family vacation.If there had been an elevator or even a cargo lift, I could have attended. However, my kids and grandkids loved it. It was convenient to the beach and pool, the decor was lovely, and the kitchen well stocked. A real plus was that it was pet friendly. They definitely want to go back!

The number one reason for renting this unit is the affordable beach access. It's all about location. The unit is catty-cornered from the beach access. You are not on the beach but close.
This is a 4 out of 5 for many reasons. I would love to give a 5 but it's simply not all that great due to the maintenance issues. All of the management staff were very friendly and very helpful. But...
The refrigerator beeped constantly. Two doorknobs came off in our hands. Bathroom fan doesn't work. HVAC filters needed to be changed. (These were changed out immediately.)
Then there is the internet access. There is none. Effectively none. The Verizon LTE tower is barely accessible. The cable internet is overrun/overwhelmed. There is a fiber network currently being installed but for now- don't plan on a working-vacation or tracking your friends on IG or FB.
This is a good bang for the buck when it comes to beach access. The porches are nice. The management is very nice and as helpful as they can be. Many of the maintenance issues are throttled by the owner.
Most renters will be happy if they manage your expectations.

The house had plenty of room for our family of 9. House was clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of cookware, dinnerware and kitchen gadgets. Outside shower a plus. Close to beach and pool. Quiet neighborhood Jen with Coastal View was great keeping us informed and answering questions quickly. No complaints.

We were satisfied with the location of the beach house. We had plenty room for the 10 of us.
We needed a broom and dust pan as well as a mop.
The sweeper left a lot to be desired.
We were satisfied with our stay and enjoyed our time in Fort Morgan.

AWESOME,stay.. grown kids had a blast. Our furbabies were welcome which allowed for us all to be together..if they cant come all of us would not have been able to come. great location beautiful place loved the balconies!! wish we would have had more time to stay longer. Would stay again.

We had a great time on spring break. We had two families with us on our stay and the house was very comfortable . It was a short walk to the beach in a very nice neighborhood. The beaches were beautiful and the neighborhood pools were a great option. We were able to bring our dogs which was great. There was a nice deck out back facing the ocean that had a gate so the dogs could play! The property manager and the rental company were VERY responsive during and after the visit! Highly recommend.

Awesome place !! Management allowing our fur babies made all the difference in the world to our family. There was plenty of room and my grown now kids loved the beach and pool. We had room for my sister and her family to visit while they stayed at a condo down the beach. Full size washer and dryer with these kids was great. The balcony both front and back allow the sound of the waves to just let you relax and enjoy. Love this place and when we plan another trip down will be checking availability because if the pups can’t go we don’t either. ThAnk you for allowing our family a great time together.

We rented to come down for Christmas from Baton Rouge. Great location right across from beach access. House was as expected and had a great layout. No complaints. House was clean and everything worked as it should. Perfect for our stay. Property manager was in community and very accessible if need be.
