When you pull into the secluded driveway at Heaven for Seven, it will become instantly apparent that this is not your average beach house. Because of the extra amenities, luxury finishes and its secluded location this home is ideal for a family vacation, a couple's retreat or an adult getaway. You'll want to book this home when celebrating any special occasion or holiday.

The first thing you'll notice is the pristine, 7-person hot tub. You'll want to start and finish every day with a soothing soak, enjoying the warm water and pulsating jets. And, for those that really want to be pampered, be sure and schedule some time in the sauna for the ultimate in relaxation.

As you enter the professionally decorated home on the lower level, you'll find a luxurious queen bedroom with a private bath with walk in shower. For your convenience, there is an elevator to transport guests, luggage and groceries from one level to the next. Head to the middle level and you'll find the primary retreat. This suite features a king bed, spa-like bath and access to the deck. High end finishes, too numerous to mention, will delight the most discriminating of guests. Also on this level is a second queen room, with balcony access and a loft-style, built-in bunk bed. There is a hall bath with a tub/shower combo and double vanity.

Two oversized decks, one screened in and one open air are beautifully and comfortably furnished. The gulf views from the upper level will literally take your breath away. The porch on the lower level sits among the trees and provides a private oasis.

High end kitchen appliances, including a gas range will delight the chefs in the group. There is even a KitchenAid stand mixer. You'll find a wet bar/coffee bar equipped with a dual zone beverage fridge so your drinks will always be the perfect temperature.

Oh, and did we mention the Peloton in the small workout room off the living room?

The upgrades are, literally, too numerous to mention. Custom drapes, plantation shutters, quartz counter tops and luxury finishes are abundant throughout the home. You'll enjoy the sweetest of dreams when you sink into the plush mattress at the end of an adventurous day.

Heaven for Seven is equipped with an EV hook up.

For your security and protection, this home is equipped with a Ring doorbell and three exterior cameras. Two of the cameras view the driveway, not the hot tub. The third camera views the entry stairs on the lower deck.

A separate waiver will need to be signed to allow for golf cart usage and a $500 refundable security deposit is required. There is no cash value attached to the Golf Cart usage. The owners offer the Golf Cart as a courtesy to their guests. We make every effort ensure the Golf Cart is operational. If for some reason the Golf Cart breaks or becomes inoperable, no refunds or discounts will be given.

There is a designated golf cart parking area at the eastern most beach access in the neighborhood.
