This adorable one bath gem is located in quiet Fort Morgan and is just the getaway location you are looking for!
The Space
Enjoy a peaceful, gulf front getaway in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach bungalow. Upon arrival, the first thing you'll notice is the breathtaking "million-dollar" view from the deck! It just doesn't get any better than this! When you enter the cottage, you'll notice the open concept and the beachy colorful décor. The living area features comfy furniture, and there's seating for six at the dining table. You'll really appreciate the new hard surface flooring throughout the entire house.
The full kitchen is bright and cheery and ready for you to prepare simple meals. The beach theme continues in both the King and Queen bedrooms where the sound of the ocean waves may lull you into a restful night's sleep. Haver's Silvertop has one full bath.
* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Fort Morgan
Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.
Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.

We are repeat visitors to the house and love the place. It's peaceful and located perfectly on the beach. The weather didn't cooperate though, as we had rain 7 of 9 days. We'll be back.

Would definitely stay here again. It was quiet and relaxing. Much rather it compared to staying in a crowded condo. The House is right on the beach and the house is exactly as pictured. The owner stopped by to make sure that we were all good the day after check in. They were very easy to work with and very friendly.
It was my pups first time at the beach and she loved it.. thank y’all so much for allowing pets...

This cozy beach bungalow was the perfect getaway for us and our fur babies! You couldn’t ask for a better location. It was right on the beach, maybe 20 steps to dip your toes in the water. The only complaint we had was the bed was uncomfortable and hurt my husband’s back. However, the management team was aware and tried to help. They reached out to the owner and learned there was a topper on the bed. We took it off, and the bed was much better... still not the best. The house was very clean, and it had everything we needed. Bravo to the management team. You guys were awesome throughout the entire process!! It was a wonderful family vacation, and we would definitely book again!

This beach house was the perfect size for my family of four. It had the perfect with the best view of the Crystal clear Bluewaters. We saw all kinds of sea life and had a great sandbar location to swim. There were hardly anyone around us, so it felt very secluded, which is what we wanted.

Great location...steps from the shore. Appreciated the concrete driveway...no walking through the sand from the car to get in the house. The house was very clean. Communication from the mgmt company was excellent. Downside: Beds...especially the king size bed...were very uncomfortable. Internet access was in and out, mostly out. Interior was pretty dated....more like a fishing camp vibe vs beach cottage.

I almost hate to send in this review because I think it will make it even that more harder to get reservations!! We have been coming to the Fort Morgan area for over twenty years and this house, this location and the amenities here were hands down the best we have found!! Now to be honest, we went with a much smaller crowd this time and this house was more than efficient to handle three adults and one dog. One bathroom was not an issue for us but I see where it wouldn’t accommodate larger crowds. In addition, the house was designed for people and pets which was evidenced by the great gate on the deck and the engraved stone on the driveway!! And the driveway!! It was completely concreted and with the hose it kept you from tracking sand all through the house and in your car. The owners used their heads when they designed this house and even put shelves in the bathroom on which to place your toiletries which you seldom see in other rentals. Also we have been in other rentals who said they were the closest to the beach but not so this home was just steps from the beach and even had a bench to sit and enjoy everything without again getting sand into every crevice

I really pondered on sending this review because I know it will make it harder to get future reservations!! But here it goes!! We have been coming to the Fort Morgan area for the past 18 years and this was by far the best place we have stayed at bar none!! Now we only had a party of 3 plus our dog so the fact it was a 2 bedroom with just one bathroom was not an issue for us. Plus the bathroom was fairly large and finally someone thought ahead enough to put shelves above the sink on which to place your toiletries. The outside deck was fantastic and so close to the beach and we saw dolphins pretty much everyday while sitting on the deck drinking coffee. Furthermore, the driveway to the house was all concrete which eliminated tracking sand into your vehicle every time you got in and out. Also, seeing the concrete imprints at the end of the driveway reassured us that the owners think as much of their pets as we do and the house and extra care reflects that!! Then to top off what was an absolutely perfect vacation on our last night we got to see bioluminescence in the waves and it was beautiful!!! Everyone was out on their decks or on the beach watching and it was just an unforgettable experience!! We loved our stay at Haver's Silvertop and can't wait to come back again!! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us and our dog who also had a wonderful time!!

Some attention needed on the bathroom fixtures (tub faucet and water spout need to be replaced) and the stove/oven takes a while to heat.

Proximity to the beach is 36 steps. Can you ask for a closer experience? We could rave about this house more. My mother and friend are in their 70's and enjoy the beach with out having to walk on the sand right from the back deck. Wild life is in abundance and never disappoints from he dolphins to the devil rays, fish to birds of all kinds. It is pet friendly which is fantastic and the property manager is prompt in response to questions and advice on where to eat and attractions. Thank you for having us 2 years in a row now! We will see you again next year!

My fiancee and I love this little beach house. In fact we got engaged while staying there. It's a very special place to us. But please fix or replace the clothes dryer. It is putting small black and brown stains on our clothes. Stains that do not come out. I reported this after our previous stay almost a year ago and nothing has been done about it. It is the only negative to an otherwise perfect experience.

Very peaceful and great location. We basically had the beach to ourselves! Beautiful views and comfortable accommodations! We will be back in September!!

Awesome beachfront property.Water is 75ft from your front window. Beach area wasn't crowded at all. Perfect place to visit if you want a beach getaway.

We would recommend this little gem to anyone. Just beautiful and well kept. The location is amazing. Coastal View was so easy to work with. We had to change plans a little and they were so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be using them again!

Very nice house as described in the listing. Management company was easy to deal with for the rental. The location (right on the beach) and views are awesome. We love the Fort Morgan area and will definitely be back!

After two visits, and a third already booked in April, little house on the beach is becoming one of my family's favorite places on earth. It's exactly what we need to enjoy the beach and relax!
Suggestions for improvement - new mattress in the primary bedroom! And there may be something a little funky in the kitchen pipes.
