Highlights
First and foremost, Freedom II is directly beachfront with great decks and upgraded Polywood furniture. No need to pack a cooler when the fridge is just a few steps away! Three King beach front bedrooms with private baths and balcony access as well as huge windows spanning the entire width of the house mean you'll enjoy breathtaking views all day long. A six-burner gas range, commercial Bunn coffee maker, free standing ice maker and separate full-size freezer all help to make your vacation a success. Pro Tip: take the community boardwalk to have easy access to both pools and tennis courts.
The Space
The living room offers a relaxing setting with comfortable seating and opens onto a generous deck that connects to your very own private beach boardwalk. At mealtime, there is ample room for all at the dining table and breakfast bar. You'll even find an intimate bistro set for two.
One King suite is located on the lower level and the remaining four bedrooms on the upper level. The upstairs loft houses the futon for additional sleeping space. There are TVs in all bedrooms as well as wall mounted hair dryers in all the bathrooms.
Conveniently located on the lower lever near the boardwalk, you'll find an oversized enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water.
Located on the gulf side of scenic Ft. Morgan Road between mile markers 6 and 7, the Morgantown community features two swimming pools and two newly resurfaced tennis courts. There are four community beach access & boardwalks to the only pet friendly beach in the Gulf Shores area. The neighborhood is walking & biking friendly. Freedom II can accommodate up to 17 guests.
Freedom II can be rented with its next-door neighbor, Freedom I, giving you and your guests plenty of room for a family reunion or company getaway. It's time to set yourself free! See you at the beach!

Fort Morgan and Morgantown
Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown. Freedom II is dog friendly and so is the beach!
Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.
Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.

While Gulf Shores, AL was our second choice vacation after a hurricane hit our original destination.... we definitely still had a wonderful time with lots of adventure! The house is situated in a quiet community, right off the beach, so it made it so easy everyday with 4 kids. The kids loved being able to go back and forth from the beach to the house all day long. We saw plenty of fish, and even caught a stingray. The biggest excitement was the swimming manatee right by our house. Overall the house fit our needs and had plenty of beds to choose from. However I will say, the towels were like cheap gym towels and linens were not the best quality. The house needs a little updating and was a bit worn out... but it didn't impact our experience too much. It was worth it being right off the beach!

Great beach house. No shoes needed to get to beach. Was very clean. Stand alone fridge and stand alone freezer was fantastic. Ice machine was great. Lots of sports channels on the tv. House color is now yellow. Linens could be upgraded to nicer quality but it wasn’t horrible. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving week here and I would return to this property.

Freedom ll was a terrific beach house. It was clean and spacious and the proximity to the beach was perfection! The kitchen was very well equipped. Definitely one of the best beach house kitchens we’ve ever had the pleasure of using. The property manager was very responsive and attentive. We had a wonderful time enjoying our family vacation there. I would definitely recommend Freedom ll. We hope to vacation at this location again in the future.

Fort Morgan is a wonderful place to vacation. The house was roomy we had 10 people 5 kids and 5 adults. Perfect location the neighborhood was wonderful the pool was a great place to hang out when the kids were tired of the sand. Had dinner at Coastal and Jesse's on the Bay highly recommend both places. Our only complaint was the bunk bedrooms, they are metal so anytime anyone rolled over or woke up in the morning the entire room woke up with how much noise they made- maybe time to invest in some wooden ones.

Three couples stayed together to attend sons soccer tournament and we greatly appreciated having three master bedrooms with king beds and their own full bathrooms. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we loved the big ice maker and separate freezer. We did even see dolphin swimming by from the gorgeous deck. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the was so perfect, right on the beach!! House was extremely clean, perfect location!!! We hope to be back again at this location!! Owners were very friendly and helpful!! And lots of dolphins to see everyday from the porch!! The kitchen was loaded with plenty of cooking things.. plus extras!! Loved the huge ice machine... The whole house was gorgeous & plenty of natural light!!

This house was beautiful. All the adult rooms were facing the beach with an outside deck. As you enjoy your coffee while watching the dolphins swimming by. We walk off the deck straight to the beach. The owners and the property manager both stopped by to make sure everything was as it should be. We enjoyed Lulu's as the food was excellent. We took the Dolphins Down Under Boat Tour which the dolphins swam next to us putting on a great show. They said they pay the dolphins in shrimp to show out for us. This will definitely be our go to house to stay at for any future trips to AL. Highly Recommend!!!
