Welcome to The Easton House! This stunning beachfront retreat has recently undergone a complete transformation, featuring brand-new paint, flooring, furniture, and a modernized kitchen. With six bedrooms and five bathrooms, this spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 21 guests, making it perfect for large groups and family gatherings.
The Easton House offers everything you could dream of in a beachfront escape. Enjoy unobstructed Gulf views and direct access to the sugar-white sand, just steps from your door. Relax on two expansive beachfront balconies, the ideal spot to take in breathtaking Alabama sunsets or catch a glimpse of dolphins and coastal birds during the day.
On the first level, an open-concept design offers a spacious and inviting living area, perfect for game nights, TV marathons, or simply unwinding with loved ones. The large dining table, combined with ample counter seating, ensures there's room for everyone at mealtime. The brand-new, fully equipped kitchen will delight the chefs in your group with its modern appliances and generous prep space.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with televisions, so entertainment is always at your fingertips. The primary bedroom (King) boasts a private en-suite bath and spectacular Gulf views—imagine waking up to the sunrise over the water each morning! A Queen bedroom with a private full bath (which also connects to the hall) provides flexibility and comfort. Both of these first-level bedrooms feature a twin sleeper chair for added versatility. The third bedroom on this level is designed with kids in mind, featuring two Twin/Full bunk beds and a private bath—a perfect hideaway for younger guests.
On the upper level, you'll find a second living space, perfect for when kids and adults want to enjoy different activities. This area also includes a Queen sleeper sofa and a futon for additional sleeping options. Three King bedrooms, each with balcony access and stunning Gulf-front views, offer a serene retreat. One King bedroom features a private bath. The other two King bedrooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bath.
A laundry room is also located on this level for added convenience.

God blessed us with a very nice family vacation again this year where we were fortunate to have enjoyed a portion of His wonderful creation!
Our visit at The Easton House was very pleasant. Although there are many properties in the area, we felt it to be a remote area of the beach which we prefer. Access to retail establishments are a bit of a drive so plan accordingly.
Beach access is just a few steps away but is accessible only from within the house and not from the parking area so plan accordingly when taking outdoor things to/from the beach. Also, the beach drops off very sharply and quickly into the Gulf of Mexico so keep an eye on your little ones who like to play at the water's edge.
We did experience a few problems but Guest Services was very quick to respond to have those issues addressed for us with plans to more permanently correct the problems. Guest services is also aware of the few areas throughout the property that need a little maintenance and they have plans to address those things as well.
All in all we had a very nice visit and hope to return to the area!

We have always enjoyed our stays at Easton House! So convenient to the beach as well as all the amenities we need. Would love for there to be more beach chairs for guests use though. It is clean and if we needed something, the staff was always ready to help. And it’s easy to get in touch with them. We are looking forward to a return visit next year!

The house was just as described on the website. There were some minor issues with the laundry room door coming off the track and difficulty opening the sliding door from the outside due to it not having a handle on it, but like I said they were minor. My family loved the house, especially sitting on the back deck and being directly on the beach. There was plenty of seating for all 20 of us. It was great having the ice machine, and an extra refrigerator just for water and drinks. I was worried about the parking, but all of our vehicles were able to be parked in the yard with no problems. My family is already talking about coming back next year.

The Easton is a lovely beachfront home. There are a couple of balconies to view the gulf and daily dolphin sightings. The kitchen is well stocked. No need to bring beach toys, plenty to pick from! Communication was excellent with Coastal View Vacations.

This was a great vacation home for my extended family! The extra den upstairs was perfect as a kids play room. The owners shared beach chairs, toys, etc with guests. Close access to the beach was a plus. The property manager was extremely friendly and helpful upon arrival.

The house was simply amazing, my family enjoyed the house and being able to go outside and already be on the beach was an added extra bonus. The only downside about the house that we had an issue with was fact that the hot water didn't last very long. Other than we had a splendid time

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. Well stocked with a great lay-out. The porch was a perfect retreat with nice furniture, and just a ramp's walk down to the gorgeous beach.
