This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath private home is the ideal destination for beach vacationers that want it all: beachfront, private pool and lighted tennis/pickleball courts. Pro Tip: You'll really appreciate that the outdoor pool is somewhat secluded, so you'll have your own private oasis!

The Space

The first thing you'll notice and appreciate is that this beachfront beauty has an outdoor space for everyone. You'll find a covered dining space, perfect dining and lounging at the water's edge. The upper deck will be where the sun worshippers can be found, and you will definitely want schedule ample time on the pool deck.

Step inside and you'll be greeted by a wall of windows, showcasing the amazing water views. Load of comfortable seating, fresh, clean nautical decor and even a small cocktail/game table. At mealtime you have several options: dine al fresco on the covered deck, belly up to the bar for a casual meal or gather everyone around the large dining table. Although there are many local and tasty options for dining out, the spacious and well-equipped kitchen will please the cooks in the group.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, private deck and pool access, an en suite bathroom and unobstructed water views. The bathroom boasts a large, jetted soaking tub, separate shower, a double vanity and gulf views. The two guest rooms each have a queen bed and a private en suite bath. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
