This was our second year to stay with Coastal View and our first time in this rental house. Check in is easy and Coastal View is great to work with. The property manager, Dee Dee, is so nice and helpful. The rental was very nice. Everything was clean and well taken care of. I love that we can bring our fur babies. The small fenced in area under the back porch was a bonus! Thank you for a lovely stay.

This was our first trip to the Gulf Shores area. We stayed for 5 days and had 8 guests (6 kids and 2 adults). This house was perfect. It is a short walk to the beach and the house is very clean and had plenty of space. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice, and the area around the neighborhood is mostly undeveloped, so it is a pretty relaxing area. The house is next to a public parking lot for beach access, so it does get a little busy during the day, but not too bad. It's about a 10-15 minute drive to the restaurants and stores. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper, trash bags and soaps because they only give one roll of toilet paper per bathroom regardless of your group size or length of stay, one trash bag per trashcan, and no shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The management company was quick to respond with any questions. Overall, a great stay.

We loved our time at Dream On! The house is beautiful & well stocked with necessities. The view is excellent even though it is not right on the beach. Perfect location for walking to the beach. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend it is because I don’t want it to be booked up so we can’t go back. The beach was also perfect for having our 2 dogs! Ease of checking in & out was wonderful. Dee the property manager was awesome also! Thank you for a great beach trip!

We loved our time at Dream On! The house was beautiful & had all the necessities. Even though it’s not directly on the beach the view is wonderful. Location was also perfect for walking to the beach with our dogs, who were welcomed by everyone. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend Dream On is so it won’t be booked next time we are able to visit! Dee the manager was so kind and very helpful! We will return!

We absolutely loved booking with Jen at Coastal View Vacations. She is so easy to work with and gets back with answers to questions same day. Creating a reservation and payment processing was very easy. We stayed for 3 months this winter at Dream On and love everything about this house. It is great to have everything on one floor. The view beachside is stunning with a large deck and screen porch overlooking the ocean and beach. During December we had the privilege of the Blue Angels practicing right in front of Fort Morgan beach 2-3 times a day. The kitchen and dining area are spacious and it has everything you need to make large or small family meals. We appreciated the Keurig duo coffee maker as we both drink different blends. Bedrooms are spacious and it was nice to have bedrooms on both sides of the house when family came to visit for a week at a time. Everyone loved the large sectional couch and mentioned how comfortable it was. Morgantown is a beautiful and safe neighborhood where everyone is friendly and dog walking is a lifestyle plus it was fantastic to be able yo take our dog only the beach and for the most part most people follow the guidelines and keep their furry friends on a leash and pickup after them. Pools are clean and well maintained. Water is Not heated but that wouldn’t stop my 9 year old nephew from enjoying the pool and brisk swim.
My only suggestion is to touch up paint on front rails and master bathroom and guest bath trim. It was also disappointing to not have a working gas fireplace for a few cold snaps during January. Other than that it truly is a Dream of a Vacation Home. We also appreciated the fantastic help from DeeDee and her Husband. Both are so friendly and always only a phone call or text away from problem solving with a smile. We enjoyed a 3 night stay as a small getaway. The location is perfect, I could settle without being beachfront as this location is equally close. It also is a short walk to one of the pool areas when the beach gets too dark.The decor was nice and updated as well as the appliances. I appreciate that it was dog friendly without compromising what it offered. A couple of hours before check-in the staff text me and I was able to communicate with them directly for any problems, they responded quick with random questions I had and was always polite.The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We come to Morgantown every year and are planning to book this house again when that time comes. Overall, this was a great experience and my family had a great time. See you next year!

We love everything about this house..the size is perfect for two families traveling together, and the boardwalk to the beach is only a few steps out the back door! There were 7 of us and this property was perfect! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and had everything you need including a baby crib, all the kitchen utensils, and even a Keurig coffee maker. The property is beautifully decorated and laid out perfectly, with 2 ensuite bedrooms on one side (shower only in each) and 2 bedrooms and a shared bath on the other side (shower tub combo). There is plenty of parking and even a small, enclosed dog pen. And the view is magnificent! You cannot see the beach itself, but the view of the gulf is wonderful and does not disappoint! We were contacted by the property manager shortly after our arrival and they were very responsive to our questions. It was nice having someone to contact in the event of any problems and know that they would respond promptly. Also, during the reservation process, Coastal View Vacations (Jen) was such a pleasure to work with. The only negative about this property is the AC; there is a sign that states that the AC will freeze up if you turn the AC below 72. The weather was not unbearably hot when we were there, but I can imagine that during the summer months, 72 degrees is not cold enough, especially for hot-natured people. Overall, I would highly recommend Dream On and would love to return, just not in the heat of the summer (LOL!). Oh, and the Morgantown neighborhood is very nice. We did not visit the pools (I don’t think they were open), though, so I can’t comment on that. If you are planning a trip to Fort Morgan, please consider this property; you will have one of the best vacations of your life!

The kitchen had a dual Keurig (drip and pod) which made morning coffee on the back patio a breeze. It was also well stocked with a crock pot and plenty of dishes but did lack some of the basics (low supply of utensils and measuring cups).
Outside, provided two washing stations, picnic tables and a small fenced in area for the dogs. Overall my family had a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to go back.

We rented Dream On for a week away. The location was perfect! No obstruction from seeing the ocean. The only issue we had was the wifi kept dropping us. We called the rental agency and they worked with us to get it back online as fast as possible.

Loved our stay at Dream On. The house/ kitchen was so well equipped, we never left. A very short walk to the beach. If you forget something, so easy to just run back to the house. We had 3 couples and 2 young children with plenty of room. The kids room with their own tv and bunk beds was perfect. We spent a lot of time on back deck. Perfect for morning coffee sunrise and or evenings sunsets.The community is wonderful, very quiet, great for walks, 2 pools in walking distance to get a break from the beach.

This was our first trip to Fort Morgan and the house was nothing but pure perfection. The setup is welcoming, it was beyond clean, and the kid room was perfect! The walk to the beach is less than 2 minutes. This is a gem in Morgantown and HIGHLY recommend this home! We had nothing but the best experience!! We can't wait to go back and hope to rent this beautiful beach house again!
