The Space

Dining and Kitchen: Gather around the spacious dining table and counter seating so everyone can enjoy meals together. The kitchen is fully stocked with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner.

Sleeping Arrangements
Main Floor Bedroom: A versatile space featuring a queen-sized bed and a full-over-full bunk bed—perfect for kids or adults. Sleeps up to six guests with easy access to the full bathroom with a tub and shower combination and double vanities.

Upstairs Primary Bedroom: Your private retreat with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, balcony access, and a personal coffee station with a mini-fridge. Enjoy a peaceful morning coffee while watching the sunrise from your private balcony.

Upstairs Second Bedroom: Another luxurious king-bed suite with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony access, ideal for soaking in those stunning views.

This was our second year to spend the winter months of January and February at Coastal Time. We were not disappointed. The home is nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and appliances. The furnishings throughout the home are comfortable and very nice. BUT the best feature I enjoyed this year the most was the outside decks. I spent many hours sitting in rocker chairs in very nice outdoor furniture watching the waves, sipping a beverage, listening to music and reading a novel.
The Coastal View Vacation staff were always helpful and courteous. Allison our property manager was so willing to make sure our stay was perfect. Dan made sure everything was working as it should. DeeDee was right there helping anyway she can.

The house was great. Everything was clean and organized. Only 2-3 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend to family and friends. We hope to stay there again soon. The booking staff were great to work with.

The house is the perfect location to the beach. The pool was a plus. We had 2 families stay so there was plenty of room for 9 of us. Dishwasher didn’t work during our stay. We called the property manager who sent someone over, but it wasn’t repaired during our trip. House was clean but could definitely be deep cleaned as there were dust bunnies under furniture and mold in showers. Beautiful home overall.

Our stay at Coastal Time was great! The house was gorgeous, seems very new! Beds were comfy, everything worked as expected, the kids loved the pool. We love the less crowded Fort Morgan area, just know that it's about a 20-25 minute drive to "town" There were lots of new homes being built in the area, but we were never bothered by anything construction wise. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Coastal Time for Spring Break and had a wonderful experience. The house was clean and beautifully decorated, the proximity to the beach was super, and it was so nice to be in a quiet, less populated area, but still be close enough to enjoy shopping at the outlets in Foley and enjoying attractions and restaurants in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Perdido Key! Will definitely stay here again when we return!

This is the 2nd property I have rented through Coastal View Vacations. Both years have been great. This years property was by far more than I expected. The furnishings, kitchen equipment, heated pool, two primary suites, and decks in the front and back with breath taking views were over the top. The Gulf's shoreline was so close that you could always hear the waves breaking as you sat on the balconies watching the waves roll in. The back decks provided a beautiful view of Mobile Bay. The Coastal View Vacation Team could not have been better. Always willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay comfortable and fun. Our property manager, Alison, was extremely responsive to our requests. We liked this property so much, I have already booked it for next winter.

My family and I had a great time at this place. The house is gorgeous, clean, excellent location. The only slight issue we had was the sink in the master bathroom and shower didn’t drain well. 2 houses are being built on the right and left side of the property, so it was very loud during the business hours. That should be mentioned on the ad. But overall, the view is gorgeous, and the house was comfortable.

Our family was very impressed with this rental home! Costal View Vacation representatives were a pleasure to work with when we had questions! When we arrived on Saturday, the upper air conditioning unit did not produce cool air. I contacted Allison, who then was able to arrange for the air conditioner to be repaired. The repairman was at our unit until 11:30 p.m. and all was cool throughout our entire stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, glasses, cookware, etc. The front balconies were the best ever as we had a never ending breeze!! We had a quick walk to the beach and the pool was enjoyed by all!

Our stay at Coastal Time was perfect! The weather, water, and home were all equally beautiful. The location is an easy walk to the beach access. The porches allow you to clearly see the water while not at the beach. The home is perfect for two families vacationing together, it has everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable beds, and a nice size pool. Felt like home! We love Fort Morgan, it is so quiet with very little traffic which is exactly what we were looking for. Added bonus the beach is not overcrowded! Management was very responsive to questions while planning the vacation and gave us great recommendations! PS: If you are looking for a great activity for the kids without leaving the beach, contact Sandcastle University! You will not be disappointed!

Our week at Coastal Time was absolutely amazing. It was in the perfect location. We had the freedom to go from the beach to the pool as much as we wanted without it feeling like such a chore.
